Firstly, let's take a look at its workflow. You only need to place the plastic and other materials to be processed on the conveyor, and the conveyor will stably and orderly transport these materials to the feeding port of the crusher. Next, the crushed material will be fed into the elevator. The function of the elevator is to lift the crushed material to the water tank for cleaning. There is a wing pulling device inside the sink, which can ensure that the material is evenly distributed in the sink and smoothly fed forward.
After the initial cleaning of the material in the sink, it will enter the material extractor for a second cleaning. This step is to ensure that impurities and residues in the material are thoroughly removed, improving the purity of the final product.
Finally, the cleaned material will enter the spin dryer. The high-speed rotation of the spin dryer can quickly remove moisture from the material, achieving a suitable degree of drying, which is convenient for subsequent processing and use.
