1, Application:
This production line is mainly used for producing EVA hot melt adhesive and rubber hot melt adhesive granules, such as furniture edge banding glue, carton sealing glue, bookbinding glue, straw glue, pipeline anti-corrosion glue, polyolefin (PP/PE) and its hot melt adhesive copolymers, various thermoplastic elastomers, PA, TPU, etc.
2, Process Flow:
Raw materials → Kneading and melting → Heated storage → Cooling extrusion → Underwater pelletizing → Dehydration → Drying → Finished product
3, Production Line Composition:
The production line consists of a workbench, kneader (reactor), heated storage tank, specialized extruder, underwater pelletizing system, cooling pipes, stainless steel dehydrator, drying silo, industrial chiller, and electric control panel.
